I know how slim people think, approach life and food and can share this with you.

I always begin with a personal consultation.  My programmes are a combination of:

1.  one to one sessions with you discussing & defining your healthy eating & exercise plan
2.  hands on training sessions showing you how to implement the exercise plan
3.  SlimFocus slimthinking sessions and
4.  mini action emails  

So, what do the SlimFocus sessions consist of?
I will start by working with you to see if you are really ready for change.  We'll explore a number of different areas together during which I will help create a burning desire to achieve and maintain that change.

I will work with you to help install these new behaviours in your life through a number of tasks and exercises which we regularly monitor during our feedback sessions.

Once you've grasped the SlimFocus way I will work with you on one of the most critical elements of the programme - maintaining the new behaviours.  This is typically where clients have struggled in the past - the 'end of the diet' syndrome.  With SlimFocus there is no end of the diet because it is about adopting a new approach to life, but I can help you with ways to help you keep on track and maintain your new behaviours.
