I always start with a personal consultation so that we can get to know a bit more about each other.  Everyone is different and this will allow me to personally tailor a programme for you combining different elements of my SlimSystem.  This is simply my proven way of helping people get and keep weight off that I have developed over several years of working with different clients. 


Essentially, we will cover motivation, habits, eating, exercise, modelling (behaviour of slim people) and accountability

1.  Slimotivation

All about your diet - what, when, how and where to eat to really start shedding those pounds.
Typical issues we might explore together during this part of your programme: 

 - How do we think, feel and act in relation to food?
 - Why do we overeat?
 - Why can't we consistently make choices that will support our goals?
 - How can we nourish our bodies in ways other than with food?
 - Why do we emotionally overeat or binge eat and what do we need to do to stop these destructive behaviours?
 - Realise that it’s not what you eat, but why you eat

4.  Slimaction
