Will it work?

Yes.

If you are committed, focused and follow the plan we agree together then with my support it will work.  You will lose weight - I guarantee it!  Here are some of the questions I am most frequently asked:

Q:  I work long hours and never seem to find the time do exercise or eat properly.  Can the SlimFocus programme really work for me?
Yes it can.  As part of the programme I will work with you to show you how there is always a way to achieve what you really want to achieve.  The SlimFocus programme is about adopting a new approach to life, exercise and food.  I will work with you to show you how you can do this.  And, I'll even put on my trainers and come and meet you for an early morning walk if that is what we agree is the best way forward for you!

Q:  I've never been very good at exercise and am a bit concerned you will be cracking the whip while I perform star jumps at dawn
Please don't worry.  The SlimFocus way is simply about embracing a more active lifestyle and may not necessarily involve a structured exercise session as you perceive it.  Being active should be fun and can often be built into your existing daily routine.  Sometimes it is simple changes such as power walking the school run that can make all the difference.  I want you to love your new life - you have to for the programme to succeed! 

Q:  You are a slim person so what do you know about being overweight?  Isn't it all a matter of genes?
Yes I am slim and yes there can be a genetic tendency to be overweight.  However, that doesn't mean I don't know how to achieve and maintain a slim body, and it doesn't mean that just because you may have a genetic tendency to be overweight that you can't do anything about it.  I have spent years consulting with like minded and bodied slim people, and people who struggle with their weight and been amazed at the differences in the approaches they have to food and exercise.  This is at the core of SlimFocus.  It is about sharing this different approach with you, how to apply techniques to live your life a different way until it becomes second nature for you too.  You've tried losing weight in other ways, why not try it from a slim person's perspective?
